Paws & Puddles was born in 2018 when founder Lena Torres — a lifelong animal lover and former veterinary technician — realized that Austin families deserved a pet care service that felt like family, not a factory. Starting with just a handful of neighborhood dogs and a beat-up bike, Lena built the business one happy tail wag at a time.
Today, our team of seven certified pet care specialists — including lead groomer Marco Reyes and head boarding coordinator Priya Shankar — serves over 200 Austin families each month. Every member of our staff is trained in pet first aid, fear-free handling, and positive reinforcement techniques. We treat your pet exactly as we'd want our own treated.
